He is an active member of numerous trade organizations including the National Consumer Reporting Association (NCRA) where he serves on the Board of Directors & Tenant Screening Committee, the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) as a Founding Member, Founder and first Chair of the Tenant Screening Committee, and the Accreditation Task Force, the US Association of Professional Investigators (USAPI) as a Charter Member, as well as being an active member of several apartment associations (NAA, CAA, AMA, NARPM). Bill is a licensed private investigator and has a MA from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree from UCLA.  He is passionate about the multifamily housing industry and the safety and security of both assets and residents.
