Sobol is a frequent contributor to UNITS Magazine on crime prevention and author of the industry acclaimed article on crime Prevention: “A 10-Step Action Plan to Suppress Crime at Apartments.” Via an interactive and one of a kind ""show & tell,"" Sobol shares his tips and techniques for successful management of crime issues in high crime apartment communities. Through a process he calls the Turnaround Template, he systematically repositions apartment communities and takes them from unhealthy to award winning; addressing the crime and community safety component is often his #1 priority on takeover day. A two time NAA Paragon Award winner, Mr. Sobol was also named the 2009 Citizen of the Year by the Atlanta Police Department for his efforts to reduce crime in apartment communities.
