Through a process he calls the Turnaround Template, he systematically repositions apartment communities and takes them from unhealthy to award winning; addressing the crime and community safety component is often his #1 priority on takeover day.  A two time NAA Paragon Award winner, Mr. Sobol was also named the 2009 Citizen of the Year by the Atlanta Police Department for his efforts to reduce crime in apartment communities.  Sobol consults, trains, and partners with apartment owners and management companies that have crime problems.
